IP allowlist (office networks)

For teams that sign in from fixed networks, the IP allowlist decides which addresses are trusted — and what happens outside them.

1. Add an entry

   People → IP allowlist: the network range plus a label (e.g. “Counter PC”). It starts as Pending.

2. Get a second pair of eyes

   A different admin or owner must accept each new entry — one person alone can't.

3. Set the policy

   Choose global behaviour: block outside addresses, or just require an extra check.
