Messages is your conversation inbox. Unread counts update live, and every chat shows the order it's about.

1. Open the inbox

   Messages in the sidebar. Unread counts show on each conversation.

2. Reply

   Type in the thread and send. Read receipts show when the customer has seen it.

3. Use the order context

   Order badges in the thread tell you what the question is about — no tab-switching.
