Delivery has two screens: the fulfill screen assigns a rider to an order, and the delivery board runs the whole day.

Fulfill an order
Order → Start fulfillment: pick branch, delivery method, and a rider who's online and verified.
Watch the board
Store → Delivery board: four live columns — Picking, Ready, On the way, Exceptions.
Move cards along
Start picking, mark ready, dispatch. Failed runs can be re-dispatched.
Collect cash
Delivery cards show the exact COD amount to collect.
Mark pickup orders
Store → Fulfillment flags today's orders for pickup so counter staff can hand them over.
