Manage orders

The Orders page lists your latest orders. Open any order for the quick view — every action is there.

1. Find the order

   Search by order number or customer email, or tap a status chip like “Awaiting fulfillment”.

2. Open Quick view

   Items, totals, payment and customer — all in one drawer.

3. Take payment

   A cash-on-delivery order that was authorized is captured with one button.

4. Fulfill

   “Start fulfillment” opens the fulfill screen — pick branch, delivery method and rider.

5. Close it out

   Mark delivered, then complete the order. Cancel needs a confirmation.

6. Refunds

   A refund above your role's limit goes to Cap approvals and waits for a store admin.
