Counter POS: ring up a sale

Orders → “Ring up a sale” is your counter till. Walk-in sales, table scan-and-order approvals, and the cash drawer live here.

1. Add products

   Search by name, set quantities. Add-on options (size, extras) appear on each line.

2. Add a customer (optional)

   Identified customers earn loyalty points.

3. Choose pickup or local delivery

   Then Create order — done.

4. Approve self-checkout

   Customers who scan and order at their table appear in the queue — approve or reject.

5. Open and close the till

   Start a shift with an opening float. Close & reconcile counts what's in the drawer.
